Micaela Sanchez

Brownsville — Micaela Sanchez, 90, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020, at her residence in Brownsville.

Mrs. Sanchez was born on May 8,1930, in Lockhart, Texas, daughter of Jose Sanchez and Eugenia Torres. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Irineo Sanchez.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Hilario Almazan, Roberto Almazan; her daughters: Agustina De La Rosa, Maria Trevino, Marcela Acosta; her sisters: Tomasa Sanchez, Telesfora Sanchez; her twenty-four grandchildren, sixty-one great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a 6:00 p.m. Rosary at Salinas Funeral Home — Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
