Weslaco- Maria del Carmen Gonzalez, 97, passed away to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Mid Valley Nursing Home in Mercedes, Texas.

She was born on May 31, 1924 to Mr. Santiago Gonzalez and Mrs. Maria Marroquin Alvarado in Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Visitation for Mrs. Maria del Carmen Gonzalez is scheduled for Monday, January 17, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 12:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. She will be laid to rest at a later date in Delano, California.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
