Leonel Verdin Covarrubias

Donna- Leonel Verdin Covarrubias, 29, passed away to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas.

He was born on February 11, 1992 to Mr. Leonardo Verdin Alfaro and Mrs. Francisca Covarrubias Lara.

Mr. Covarubbias is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memories is his brothers: Miguel (Elda) Verdin Covarrubias, Jose Alfredo (Dalila) Verdin Covarrubias; his sisters: Maribel (Roberto Martinez) Verdin Covarrubias, Elizabeth (Alex Omar Portillo) Verdin Covarrubias, Flor Selene (Luis Carrizales) Verdin Covarrubias, Maria Francisca (David Zenil) Verdin Covarrubias and numerous nieces and nephews.

Leonel will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Visitation for Mr. Leonel Verdin Covarrubias is scheduled for Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
