Mr. Perez was born on May 1, 1954 to Mr. Juan Perez & Mrs. Josefina Rodriguez Perez in La Feria, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish Mr. Carlos Perez memories is his Loving wife Juana Perez; his sons: Juan Carlos Perez & David (Veronica Neeley) Perez; his daughters: Sandra (Otilio) Alonso, Mayra (Cristian I. Perez) Perez & Alexandra (Rigoberto) Silva and 12 grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Carlos Perez is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2020, from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm. Funeral Services for Mr. Carlos Perez is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home Chapel of the Heavens. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Park in Brownsville.
