Weslaco- Benito Zuniga, 68, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.

Mr. Zuniga was born on December 12, 1954 to Mr. Ezequiel Zuniga Sr. and Mrs. Oralia Gaytan in Weslaco, Texas.

Mr. Zuniga is preceded in death by his parents; Mr. Ezequiel Zuniga Sr. and Mrs. Oralia Gaytan and his daughter, Zelda Zuniga.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Benito Zuniga Jr., Angel Zuniga; his brothers, Ezequiel Zuniga Jr., Samuel Zuniga; his sisters, Elva Zuniga Cabrera, Lidia Zuniga Saucedo, Gloria Zuniga Flores; mother of children, Maria M. Zuniga and 2 grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Benito Zuniga is scheduled for Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Grace in Weslaco. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
