Weslaco- Antonia Rodriguez, 61, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas.

She was born on December 15, 1959 to Mr. Bruno Cardenas and Mrs. Maria Carrera Cardenas in Mexico.

Mrs. Rodriguez is preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memories is her loving husband: Rafael Rodriguez Medrano; her daughters: Yesenia Yardira (David Garcia) Rodriguez & Stepheny (Pedro Maldonado) Rodriguez; her brothers: Juan Cardenas, Refugio Cardenas, Ismael Cardenas, Aaron Cardenas, Bruno Cardenas, Jorge Cardenas; her sisters: Estefana Cardenas, Argelia Cardenas, Sara Cardenas; and 5 grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Antonia Rodriguez is scheduled for Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. Cremation will follow after and Mrs. Rodriguez will be laid to rest in Mexico at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
