Edinburg - Victor M. Torres, 60, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
Mr. Torres was born July 10, 1962 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico son of Victor Torres and Francisca Limas. He is preceded in death by his father; brother, Jorge Torres; sisters, Rosa Rocha and Cristina Saucedo.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Francisca Garza and his sister, Andrea Goergens.
As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Elsa.
