Mr. Mena was born on April 14, 1949 to Mr. Didio Mena and Mrs. Tiburicia Rodriguez Mena in Mexico.

Mr. Mena is preceded in death by his fathter; Mr. Didio Mena; his sisters, Maria Ovalle and Francisca Garcia.

Left to cherish his memories is his Loving Wife, Maria Mena; his sons, Victor (Martha) Mena, Didio Mena, Juan Mena, Alejandro (Perla) Mena; his daughters, Petra (Pedro) Sanchez, Becky (Abel Carrizales) Mena; his mother, Tiburicia R. Mena; his brothers, Ramon Mena, Jose Luis Mena, Jose Gonzalo Mena; his sisters, Juanita Cruz, Maria Marcos Longoria, Guadalupe Mena; 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Victor R. Mena is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
