Sergio Rene Garcia

Edcouch- Sergio Rene Garcia, 61, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 26, 2025 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.

Mr. Garcia was born on September 11, 1964 to Mr. Jose N. Garcia and Mrs. Maria de Jesus Salinas in San Juan, Texas.

Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memories are his brothers, Jose N. Garcia Jr., Hugo J. Garcia; his sisters, Norma Leticia Dominguez, Martha Aurora Garcia, Maria Yesenia Garza and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mr. Sergio Rene Garcia is scheduled for Monday, December 29, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 8:30 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Interment will follow at Anauhac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.
