Mrs. Garcia was born March 10, 1951 in Rio Rico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, daughter pf Jacinto Zamora and Gloria de la Garza. She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Jaime Cepeda.
Left to cherish her memories are her children, Santos Cepeda, Maria Rivera (Javier), Cosme Cepeda, Hugo Cepeda (Esperanza), Oscar Cepeda (Maricela), Veronica Rivera, Gloria Sauceda, daughter-in-law Jessica Cepeda; brothers, Andres Zamora, Hilario Zamora, Roberto Zamora and sister Maricela Zamora. Also surviving her are 27 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. Funeral chapel service will be on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Mercedes Memorial Restlawn Cemetery in Mercedes.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Weslaco.
