Edinburg — Rosa Emilia Rodriguez, 48, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020, at Solara Hospital in McAllen.

Rosa E. Rodriguez was born on June 14, 1972, to Cecilio Sifuentes Puentes and Hilaria Cepeda. She was preceded in death by her father and her husband Luis E. Rodriguez, Sr.

Left to cherish Mrs. Rodriguez's memories is her mother; her sons: Luis E. Rodriguez (Norma Idalia Medina), Moises Rodriguez, Jazmin Rodriguez, Jaqueline Rodriguez; her brothers: Alfredo Cruz, Martin Cruz, Arturo Cruz, Alejandro Cruz, Mando Cruz; her sisters: Betty Cruz, Claudia Cruz, Cecilia Puentes; her two grandchildren Jabes Troncoso and Alondra Elvira Villafranca.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will resume Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. at Salinas Funeral Home Chapel of the Angels. Chapel service is schedules for Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
