Romolo Toscano III

WESLACO, TX - Romolo Toscano III, 55, went to be with our Lord on August 26, 2025, at Edinburg Regional Hospital. Born on April 1, 1970, in Weslaco, Texas, to the late Romolo II and Paula Toscano, Romolo lived a life filled with laughter, love, and deep faith.

Romolo met the love of his life, Guadalupe Toscano, with whom he shared a beautiful life and two cherished children, Romolo IV and Paola. A proud father and devoted husband, he was known for his quick wit, kind heart, and unwavering dedication to his family. He ensure everyone felt welcomed - always ready with a joke, a helping hand, or a warm smile. Romolo was a man of deep faith, which guided him in every aspect of his life. His family was his greatest treasure, whether they were simply running errands together, sharing a drink, or enjoying a good laugh. Romolo had a few favorites that his loved ones will never forget - a Whataburger B.O.B., Paola's famous green spaghetti, and the time spent with his niece's children, affectionately known as his "Chukys." His presence brought joy, comfort, and a sense of home.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Romolo and Paula Toscano.

He is survived by his loving wife, Guadalupe; his children, Romolo IV and Paola; and his seven siblings: Ruben Toscano, Rosa Rios, Rebecca Gonzales, Delia Toscano, Evelia Lucero, Eliseo Toscano, and David Toscano. His memory also lives on in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.

A visitation will be held at Salinas Funeral Home-Chapel of Grace in Weslaco on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM with a Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 PM. As per his wishes, Mr. Romolo Toscano III will be cremated at a later date.
