Mr. Guerra was born July 4, 1960 in Nuevo Leon Mexico, son of Jesus Guerra Arrellano and Rafaela De Leon. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jesus Guerra and Virgilio Guerra.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Maria Guerra; children, Lupita Guerra, Rafael Guerra; brother, Armando Guerra and sisters, Paula Guerra, Juana Guerra, Benilde Guerra and Maria de Jesus Guerra.
As per his wishes, he will be buried in Mexico at a later date.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
