Roberto C. Sauceda

Weslaco - Roberto C. Sauceda, 54, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Sauceda was born March 8, 1969 in Mercedes, Texas, son of Ramon Sauceda and Alicia Cantu Sauceda. He is preceded in death by his father and 2 brothers, Ramiro Sauceda and Ramon Sauceda Jr.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Mari Martinez Sauceda; children, Bobbie Sue Sauceda, Samantha Marie Sauceda Pena (Frank), Tiffany Marie Sauceda (Leon), Ashley Marie Sauceda; his mother, Alicia Cantu Sauceda; brothers, Raul Sauceda (Terri), Rolando Sauceda (Martha), Juan Lopez (Angie); his grandchildren, Liam Rodriguez, Leighla Marie Rodriguez, Lionel Roberto Rodriguez and Helena Rose Pena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Sauceda was very proud of the work that he did as an auto refinisher. He took such pride in his work which was also his passion.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of Grace in Weslaco. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 10:00 am. Funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 2:00 pm at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Weslaco. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Weslaco.
