Mr. Moncada was born December 6, 1955 in Brownsville, Texas, son of Pedro Moncada and Maria Sabas. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rose Moncada.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Ricardo Moncada Jr and Maria Guadalupe Moncada; brothers, Pete Moncada, George Moncada, Mike Moncada,; sister, Teresa Moncada/ Also surviving him are 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7"00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
