Reyes Campos

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Reyes Campos, a beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather, who left us peacefully on November 9, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on January 6, 1942, in Donna, TX, Reyes lived a life marked by resilience, hard work, and unwavering dedication to his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro Campos & Refugia Rodriguez.

Mr. Campos is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Maria Campos; four sons, Johnny Ray Campos, Jose Campos, Francisco Campos, Robert Campos; three daughters, Diana Campos, Annette Campos, Joanna Rivera; six brothers & four sisters. Also surviving are 22 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren & three great-great grandchildren.

The strength of his love shaped their lives, offering a steadfast foundation that will continue to guide them. Reyes's warmth, laughter, and unwavering support will be dearly missed, yet fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, Novermber 11, 2025 at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Grace with a 6:00 PM Rosary & a 7:00 PM Funeral Mass to follow.

Cremation will follow at a later date at Val Verde Memorial Gardens.

As we reflect upon Reyes's life, let us carry forward his spirit of love, kindness, and resilience, cherishing the memories that bind us and celebrating the legacy he leaves behind.

In this season of remembrance, we honor Reyes Campos, a true embodiment of humility and strength. May he rest in peace.
