Weslaco, Texas - Rene Martin Alvarado, 54, passed away to be with the Lord on September 1, 2025 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance.

Mr. Alvarado was born on January 30, 1971 in Rio Bravo Tamaulipas Mexico to Mr. Brigido Alvardo & Mrs. Irene Garza.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Rene Martin Alvarado is survived by his wife, Cristina Alvarado; three daughters, Vanessa Alvarado (Robert Rogers), Esmeralda Ruiz (Skyler), Melissa Alvarado; one brother, Brigido Alvarado, Jr. & one sister, Irene Noemi Colunga. Also surviving are seven grandchildren.

Visitation for Rene Martin Alvarado is scheduled for Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home Elsa - Chapel of The Angels. Vistitation will continue on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Salinas Funeral Home Elsa - Chapel of The Angels. A 2:00 PM Graveside Service will follow at Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch, TX.
