Brownsville - Raul Perez Gomez, 67, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.
Mr. Gomez was born January 18, 1956 in San Benito, Texas, son of Jose Gomez and Jacoba Perez Gomez. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, David Gomez and a sister, Esther Gomez.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Manuela Elizardo Gomez; his ; daughter, Cristina Cabrera; brothers, Ismael Gomez, Alfredo Gomez, Ruben Gomez. Also surviving him are 5 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville. Funeral chapel service is scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Rose Lawn Burial Park.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
