Mr. Galvan Pestana was born February 22, 1971, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, son of Armando Galvan and Manuela Pestana Galvan. He is preceded in death by his father.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother; his daughter, Elizabeth Norma Galvan; siblings, Yolanda Galvan Pestana, Juana Maria Galvan Pestana, Maria Guadalupe Galvan Pestana, Armando Galvan Pestana, Minerva Galvan Pestana and Miguel Angel Pestana. As per his wishes, Mr. Galvan Pestana will be cremated at a later date. Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
