Oscar Noe Solis

June 3, 1958 — September 13, 2025

DONNA- Oscar Noe Solis, 67, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at Knapp Medical Hospital.

Born on June 3, 1958, in Weslaco, Oscar lived a life marked by deep devotion to his family, tireless work ethic, and an unwavering belief in the future. On July 3, 1982, he married the love of his life, Rosa Elia Solis. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised two beloved children, filling their home with love, laughter, and lasting memories. Oscar was a family man in every sense of the word. Protective and proud, he built the very home in which he and Rosa raised their children-a lasting symbol of his commitment, skill, and dreams. He worked hard to ensure his family was safe and supported, always encouraging his children to stay close, take care of one another, stay determined, and chase their goals. He had a passion for construction and was always looking for ways to improve the home he took such pride in. Whether it was running his lawnmower, working on the yard, or planning upgrades, he found joy in creating a space that reflected the love he had for his family-often with Rosa by his side, watching proudly. Oscar loved the simple joys of life: cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, watching boxing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino, playing scratch-offs, and dining out with Rosa at Monterey Café-one of their favorite spots. Oscar Noe Solis leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and dedication. He will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to his family, his passion for building and creating, and the many ways he showed his love-both in word and in action.

He is survived with deep sorrow by his wife, Rosa Elia Solis; two children, Oscar David Solis, Chelsea Marie Solis; two siblings, Ernesto Cavazos, Roberto Martinez; many more family and friends.

Oscar Noe Solis is welcomed in heaven by his parents, Juanita Martinez and Ovidio Solis; two children, Oscar Solis Jr., and Angela Solis.
