Ofilia Garza

La Villa- Ofilia Telles Garza, 77, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at McAllen Heart Hospital.

Mrs. Garza was born on November 13, 1947 to Mr. Manuel Telles and Mrs. Maria Reyes Vasquez Telles in Crawfordville, Arkansas.

Mrs. Garza is preceded in death by her loving husband, Juan Garza; her son, Juan Garza Jr.; her daughters, Bertha Garza, Beatriz Garza; her parents, Manuel Telles and Maria Reyes Vasquez Telles; her sister, Elodia T. Graces; her brother-in-laws, Roberto Martinez and Jose Valdez.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughter-in-law, Linda Lee Garza; her brothers, Federico (Maria) Telles, Leandro (Noelia) Telles; her sisters, Amelia T. Martinez, Enedelia T. (Manuel Jr.) Moralez, Elisa T. (Trinidad) Perez, Rosa T. Valdez; her brother-in-law, Oscar Graces; her grandchildren, Joshua Escamilla Reyna, Britney Garza, John Trey Garza, Brisa Garza and her great-grandchildren, Jolissa Escamilla Reyna & John Trey Garza Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Ofilia Telles Garza are scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Edcouch. Mrs. Garza will be cremated at a later date at Val Verde Memorial Crematory in Donna.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
