Ofelia Gonzalez Moreno

Brownsville - Ofelia Gonzalez Moreno, 59, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.

Mrs. Moreno was born November 4, 1965, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Daughter of Juan Gonzalez and Maria de la Luz Moreno. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Arturo Davila; her children, Arturo Davila Jr.., Ricardo Davila (Virginia Koraimi Davila) and Monica Davila (Misael Cuellar); brothers, Juan Gonzalez, Humberto Gonzalez, Jose Luis Gonzalez; sisters, Martha Gonzalez and Guadalupe Gonalez. Also surviving her are 8 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel fo the Angels. A funeral chapel service is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Guillen Community Cemetery.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
