Nora Elia Rodriguez

Brownsville - Nora Elia Rodriguez, 58. passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, at Valley Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Rodriguez was born June 4, 1966, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Daughter of Refugio Medrano Salas and Rebecca Flores.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Refugio Medrano and Guillermo Medrano.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Eduardo Rodriguez; her son, Eduardo Rodriguez Jr., (Karla); daughters, Olga L. Jimenez (Emanuel), Norma A. Mejia (Hector), Patricia Cervantes (Armando) Elia A. Presas (Francisco); brothers, Victor Medrano, Francisco Medrano, Jose Felipe Medrano and Jose Humberto Medrano. Also surviving her are thirteen grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville. A chapel service is scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 am followed by interment at 11:00 am at Guillen Community Cemetery.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
