Mr. Valdez was born March 12, 1961 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Juanita Perez Valdez; his children, Julio Cesar Valdez, Noe Valdez Jr., Ramiro Valdez, Naomi Valdez; his brothers, Carlos Valdez, Rey Valdez, Jesus Valdez; sisters, Socorro Valdez, Adela Valdez and Blanca Valdez. Also surviving him are 4 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral services havbeen entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
