Mr. Guerra was born on March 11, 1949 in Elsa, TX.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Concepcion Vasquez & great-grandfather, Blas Vasquez; one brother, Santana Torres; two sisters, Simona Rodriguez & Maria Hernandez.

Noe V. Guerra is survived by his loving wife, Lidia Guerra; two sons, Bobby Guerra (Yvonne Vega), Noe Guerra, Jr. (Christina Moreno); two daughters, Irene Mendoza (Pedro), Eliza Guerra (Ramiro Torres) & one brother, Adan Sanchez. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren & 27 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Noe V. Guerra is scheduled for Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Rosary at Salinas Funeral Home Elsa - Chapel of The Angels. A 10:00 AM Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, May 9, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. As per his wishes, Mr. Guerra will be cremated.
