Brownsville, Texas - Misael Garcia Fuentes, 71, passed away to be with the Lord on July 19, 2025 at Spanish Meadows Nursing Home.

Mr. Garcia Fuentes was born on September 20, 1953 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas to Mr. Emilio Garcia & Mrs. Felipa Fuentes.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother Omar Garcia.

Misael Garcia Fuentes is survived by his lovely wife Julia Garcia Sauceda, his son Misael (Teresita) Garcia, his daughters Viola (Jesus) Garcia and Marlen Garcia, his brothers; Baldemar Garcia and Osiel Garcia, his sisters; Elizabeth Garcia, Fredesvinda Garcia, Emilia Garcia, Yonia Garcia, Magaly Garcia, Sylvia Garcia and Mirna Garcia, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation for Misael Garcia Fuentes is scheduled for Monday, July 21, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Brownsville- Chapel of the Heavens. As per his wishes, Mr. Misael Garcia Fuentes will be laid to rest in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
