She was born on June 7, 1954 to Mrs. Juanita Hernandez in Weslaco, Texas.
Mrs. Otero is preceded in death by her mother Mrs. Juanita Hernandez.
Left to cherish her memories is her Loving Husband, Norberto Otero; her brothers, Raul Arispe and Ramon Arispe; her sisters, Estela Martinez, Virginia Perez and Amelia Mascorro.
Visitation for Mrs. Maricela Otero is scheduled for Monday, July 22, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Grace in Weslaco. As per Mrs. Otero's wishes she will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
