Margarita N. Guerrero

Brownsville - Margarita N. Guerrero, 79, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

Mrs. Guerrero was born August 28, 1942 in Emiliano Zapata, Durango, Mexico, daughter of Nicolas Nunez and Altagracia Silva. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lucio Guerrero; her parents; a daughter, Maria Elena Gonzalez; her brothers, Ismael Nunez, Maximo Nunez and her sister, Maria Elena Nunez.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Maria Teresa Guerrero, Alma Gloria Gonzalez, Lucia Guerrero, Roberto Guerrero and Alejandro Guerrero. Also surviving her are 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. Funeral mass is scheduled for Friday, August 19, 2022 at 12:00 pm at San Felipe De Jesus Catholic Church with interment to follow at Rose Lawn Burial Park.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
