Margarita Ramos Briseno

Elsa - Margarita B. Ramos, 94, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at her residence in Elsa,

Mrs. Ramos was born December 5, 1927 in Guerrero, Tamaulipas, Mexico, daughter of Serafin Briseno Ramirez and Maria Trinidad Briseno. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonel Ramos Perez; her parents; brothers, Baldomero Briseno, Atilano Briseno, Juventino Briseno and Armando Briseno and a son-in-law Luis Garay.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Jose Hugo Ramos (Petrita), Roel Ramos, Rolando Ramos; daughters, Maria Elva Garay, Sylvia Ramirez (Rolando), Diana Ramos; a brother, Fernando Briseno. Also surviving her are 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa followed by interment at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Elsa.
