Weslaco, Texas - Luis Hernandez, 102, passed away to be with the Lord on June 19, 2024 at his residence.
Mr. Hernandez was born on August 25, 1921 in San Luis Potosi Mexico to Enrique Hernandez & Prisciliana Gamez.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sara Gomez De Hernandez; two sons, Alberto Hernandez & Jorge Hernandez.
Luis Hernandez is survived by one son, Jose Luis Hernandez; six daughters, Dora Hernandez, Sandra Hernandez, Antonia Hernandez, Veronica Hernandez, Smiria Hernandez, Sara Hernandez & one sister, Andrea Hernandez. Also surviving are 39 grandchildren & numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Luis Hernandez is scheduled for Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 6:00 PM Rosary at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of The Heavens. Interment take place at Panteon Municipal de Guadalcazar San Luis Potosi at a later date.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
