Mrs. Pecina was born on October 31, 1955, in Cerritos San Luis Potosi Mexico to Mr. Jose Ruiz & Mrs. Dionicia Hernandez.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Lucila Pecina is survived by her husband, Rodolfo Pecina; three brothers, J. Guadalupe Ruiz Hernandez, Liborio Ruiz Hernandez, Juan Jose Hernandez & one sister, Ernestina Ruiz Hernandez.
Visitation for Lucila Pecina is scheduled for Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Grace. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
