Born on October 5, 1989, in Manistee, Michigan, Leeroy was a spirited soul whose laughter filled every room he entered. He was known as a true clown at heart, always with a joke ready to turn any frown into a smile. His ability to make everyone laugh was a testament to his vibrant personality and his deep love for those around him.
Leeroy was a devoted father who cherished his children above all else. His sons, Leeroy Loya Jr., Victor Loya, his daughter, Hailey Loya, and son Aiden Lee were his pride and joy. He always had them close by, showering them with love and creating memories that will live on in their hearts forever. His bond with his children was unbreakable, as he instilled in them the importance of family and laughter.
Known for his various interests, Leeroy had a passion for fishing, which provided him with countless peaceful moments spent outdoors. He loved to fire up the grill, BBQing for his family and friends, bringing everyone together around delicious meals. His talent for woodworking also reflected his creativity and skill, showcasing a side of him that many admired.
Leeroy is survived by his beloved father, Lee Roy Loya, and his mother, Raquel Garcia, who supported him unconditionally throughout his life. He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers, Jesse Loya and Jose Loya, and sisters, Jessica Victoria Loya and Julia Ana Loya, who shared many joyful moments with him. The cherished memories of Leeroy's life will be preserved by Samantha Rosales, the mother of his children, and all who were fortunate enough to call him a friend.
A viewing to honor Leeroy's life will be held on December 30, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of the Heavens, located at 2929 W. Expressway 83, Weslaco, Texas. This gathering serves as a reminder of the joyous spirit that Leeroy brought into our lives. While his physical presence will be sorely missed, the laughter and love he shared with us will echo in our hearts forever.
