Mr. Galicia Ramos was born on September 16, 1941 in Torreon, Coahuila Mexico to Mr. Agustin Galicia.

He is preceded in death by his wife Maria Galicia De la Cruz and his siters Agustina Galicia and Lorenza Jimenez.

Lamberto Galicia Ramos is survived by his only son Heriberto (Rosalinda) Galicia, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
