Brownsville, Texas - Julio Ruiz, 54, passed away to be with the Lord on March 12, 2026 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.
Mr. Ruiz was born on July 31, 1971 in Matamoros, Mexico to Mr. Roberto Ruiz & Mrs. Enriqueta Velasquez.
He is preceded in death by Roberto Ruiz (Father), Enriqueta Velaquez (Mother).
Julio Ruiz is survived by: Veronica Estrada (Wife), Children Rolando (Stephanie) Ruiz, Yessica (Andrew) Ruiz, Dalia (Juan Carlos) Ruiz. Also surviving are five grandchildren.
Visitation for Julio Ruiz is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at Salinas Funeral Home Brownsville-Chapel of Heavens at 6:00 pm.
As per his wishes, Julio Ruiz will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Brownsville.
