Judy Jakobsze

Weslaco- Judy Ann Jakobsze, 81, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Weslaco Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Jakobsze was born on March 28, 1943 to Mr. Truman J. Chilson and Mrs. Myrna June Area in Tonkowa, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Jakobsze is survived by her loving husband, Antoni Jakobsze; her sons, Michael Phillips, Mark C. Phillips, John Jakobsze; her daughter, Marcie Lynn (Dennis) Dewri; her brother, John Chilson; her sisters, Cathy (Brad) Young, Sandy (Paul) Whitman and her grandchildren, Jonathan Dewri, Amanda Deleon, Amber Rodriguez, Britney Thiery and Paulina Phillips.

As per her wishes, Mrs. Jakobsze will be cremated at a later date at Val Verde Memorial Gardens Crematory in Donna.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
