Brownsville - Juan Arturo Rios, 72, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Spanish Meadows Nursing home.
Mr. Rios was born rn May 16, 1951 in Brownsville, Texas son of Arturo Rios and Angelita de los Angeles Cervantes Rios. He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Adrian Rios and a sister Guillermina Rios Treviño.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Sylvia Estela Benavidez Rios; his sons, John Anthony Rios and Arturo Rios; his sisters, Rosemary Rios and Elsa Aguirre. Also surviving him are 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary t 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens. As per his wishes, he will be cremated and interment will be held at RGV State Veterans Cemetery at later date.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
