Monte Alto- Juan Jose Rojas, 71, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at his residence in Monte Alto, Texas.

Mr. Rojas was born on August 1, 1954 to Mr. Jesus Rojas and Mrs. Lucia Sanchez in San Juan, Texas.

Mr. Rojas is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Jesus Rojas and Mrs. Lucia Sanchez.

Left to cherish his memories are his Loving Wife, Yolanda Rojas, his sons, Juan Jose "Johnny" (Giovanna Rivas) De la Rosa, Noe (Wendy) De la Rosa; his daughter, Ashley (Eli) Gomez; his brothers, Oscar Rojas, Jesus Rojas, Javier Rojas, Jaime Rojas, Joel Rojas, Frank Rojas; his sisters, Herminia Rojas, Celia Lopez, Maria E. Rojas, Janie Rojas, Lupita Rojas and 12 grandchildren, Johnny, Jeremy, Hiram, Hennessey, Endaly, Edilia, Jose Elias, Ashley, Aaliyha, Emily, Ryan, Hailey, Ellie.

Visitation for Mr. Juan Jose Rojas is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A Chapel Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
