Dr. Juan Antonio Martinez Gonzalez

Weslaco - Juan Antonio Martinez Gonzalez, 76, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Knapp Medical Center.

Mr Gonzalez was born March 4, 1947 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, son of Rosendo Martinez Sandoval and Julia Gonzalez. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Rosendo Martinez Gonzalez.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Maribel Martinez; his children, Alejandra Martinez, Valeria Martinez, Rosenda Martinez; his brother Fernando Martinez Gonzalez and sisters, Julia Martinez Gonzalez and Lilia Martinez Gonzalez. Also surviving him are 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date and with a memorial service to follow.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Weslaco.
