Alamo-It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Baby Josue Reyes, who entered this world on January 10, 2026, in Edinburg, Texas, and left us too soon on January 11, 2026. Though his time was brief, his precious life was filled with the love and anticipation held by his family, particularly by his devoted mother, Erika Sanchez, and his loving father, Ricardo Reyes. Josue was a cherished dream waiting to unfold, a little soul whom his parents waited anxiously for, and his presence touched the hearts of all who knew of him.

Baby Josue will always be remembered by his heartwarming family, which includes his older brothers, Brian Perez, Miguel Angel Teran, and Ricardo Reyes Jr., as well as his sweet sister, Samantha Marie Reyes. The love they shared for each other was palpable, even in his short time here, and it will continue to be a source of solace and strength as they carry his memory forward.

Family and friends are invited to honor Baby Josue's life at the Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Faith. Viewing will take place on January 13, 2026, starting at 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, followed by a Prayer Service that evening from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On January 14, a Funeral Service will be held beginning at 10:00 AM, leading to a heartfelt interment at Val Verde Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 11:00 AM.

Though Baby Josue's life was fleeting, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of his family, a cherished reminder of the love they share and the memories they will create in his honor.
