Donna, Texas - Jose Ramirez, 88, passed away to be with the Lord on April 29, 2024 at Knapp Medical Center.
Mr. Ramirez was born on February 1, 1936 in Donna, TX to Mr. Noe Ramirez & Mrs. Consuelo Najera.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Guillermo Ramirez; four sisters, Enriqueta Ramirez, Margarita Ochoa, Eulalia Sandoval & Josefa Torres.
Jose Ramirez is survived by one brother, Noe Ramirez, Jr. & one sister, Consuelo Cardona. Also surviving are numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation for Jose Ramirez is scheduled for 6:00 PM Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of The Heavens with a 6:00 PM Prayer Service. A Chapel Service is scheduled for 10:00 AM Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of The Heavens. Interment will follow at Donna City Cemetery.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
