It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jose Arturo Luna, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, who departed this life peacefully due to natural causes on February 26, 2026, at the age of 71. Born on December 16, 1954, in Madero Tamaulipas Mexico, Jose lived a life rich in integrity, love, and commitment, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege to know him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Encarnacion Luna and Maria De Jesus Castro.

Dolan (Emiliano), Kathy L. Contreras (Jesse), Lizette L. Altamirano (Michael), Lorena L. Medina (Matthew); three brothers and three sisters. Also surviving are 15 granddaughters and 9 grandsons.

His journey was marked by hard work and dedication. Throughout his years, he embodied the values of perseverance, kindness, and unwavering support, enriching the lives of family, friends, and colleagues alike.
