Jose Alfredo Martinez Guerrero

Brownsville — Jose Alfredo Martinez Guerrero, 61, passed away, Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at his residence.

Mr. Martinez Guerrero was born February 17, 1959, in Linares, Nuevo León, Mexico, son of Santiago Martinez and Graciela Guerrero. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Rosendo Martinez.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Margarita Jimenez; his children, Jose Alfredo Martinez, Rosa Isela Martinez, Ruben Jimenez, Servando Carranza, Jose Gonzalez, Mayra Margarita Martinez, Alma Delia Martinez. Also surviving him are 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2020, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m. at Salinas Funeral Home-Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per Mr. Martinez Guerrero's wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
