Mr. Davila was born on February 14, 1949 to Mr. Jose Davila Sr. and Mrs. Elida Garcia in Edinburg, Texas.

Mr. Davila is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Jose Davila Sr. and Mrs. Elida Garcia; his brother, Ricardo Davila and sisters, Delma Davila, Ninfa Garza.

Left to cherish to his memories are his loving wife, Angelica Davila; his son, Joel Davila; his brother, Esteban Davila; his sister, Nelda Davila.

Visitation for Mr. Jose Davila Jr, is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Visitation will continue on Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with a Chapel Service at 1:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
