Mr. Moreno was born on March 4, 1943 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. to Mrs. Maria Moreno.
He is preceded in death by his brother Martin Moreno.
Jose Casimiro Moreno is survived by his wife San Juana Esquivel, 7 children, sister Irma Moreno also surviving numerous grandchildren.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
