Mr. Ramos was born on December 16, 1954 to Mr. Jose Celino Ramos and Mrs. San Juana Garza in Weslaco, Texas.

Mr. Ramos is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Jose Celino Ramos and Mrs. San Juana Garza; his brothers, Jose Celinio Ramos, Alfredo Ramos.

Left to cherish his memories are his Loving Wife, Erminia Ramos; his daughter, Maria M. Lugo; his brothers, Enrique Ramos, Jesus Ramos, Jose Francisco Ramos; his sisters, Alicia Ramos, Diana Ramos, Martha Garcia, Janie Cynthia Ramos.

Visitation for Mr. Jose Arturo Federico Ramos is scheduled for Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. A Funeral Service is scheduled for Monday, August 21, 2023 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Interment will follow at Weslaco City Cemetery.
