Born on September 21, 1983, in Chicago, Illinois, Jorge graced the world with his kind and welcoming spirit. Known for his ability to make others feel at ease and his wonderful sense of humor, he was a beacon of warmth and joy to all who knew him.

Jorge was an exceptional father to his daughters, Yoselin and Danna Medina. His love and commitment to his children were evident in every aspect of his life. As a son, he was deeply cherished by his parents, Jorge Luis Medina and Luz Milagros Fonseca, who witnessed his growth with pride and affection. Jorge also shared a special bond with his sisters-Marixa, Viviana, and Daniela Medina-each holding a unique place in his heart.

A devoted grandfather, Jorge found happiness and pride in his grandson, Hassan Medina, whose presence brought him immeasurable joy. As an uncle, he was a source of laughter and support to his nephew Eddie Vera, Jr., and nieces Isaly Vera, Nysalee Rosa, Kassandra Rosa, and Noah Aquino, creating cherished memories that will continue to live on.

Jorge's personality was marked by kindness and genuine warmth, always ready with a smile or a joke that brightened even the darkest days. His welcoming nature ensured that those around him felt truly valued and loved. He lived his life with a grace and humor that inspired many, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to know him.
