Jesus Manuel Renteria

Donna-Jesus Manuel Renteria Jr. of Donna, Texas passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 22. He was born on January 20, 2004, in Weslaco, Texas.

Jesus will be remembered for his sense of humor, his kind heart, and for being the light in any room he went. His presence brought warmth to those around him, and the joy he shared with family and friends will be treasured always.

He is survived by his mother, Martha Martinez; his brothers, Brandon Renteria and Dilyn Renteria; his sister, Ashly Renteria; his paternal grandmother, Josefina Zavala; his maternal grandfather, Simon Martinez; and his maternal grandmother, Francisca Hernandez. Each of them carries forward precious memories of Jesus and the love he gave so freely.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Fernando Renteria.

Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Jesus during a public viewing on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Grace, 2929 W. Expressway 83, Weslaco, TX 78599. A prayer service will be held that same evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the chapel.

Jesus Manuel Renteria Jr. will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him. His memory will remain in the hearts of those who loved him, and his light will continue to shine through the lives he touched.
