Mr. Garza was born on January 23, 1941 in Pharr, Texas to Mr. Domingo Garza & Mrs. Guadalupe Brewster Garza.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers: Ruben Martinez, Rodolfo Martinez & Francisco Garza; his sisters: Theresa Rocha & Guadalupe Morales.
Left to cherish Mr. Garza's memories is his wife Virginia Garza; his sons: Domingo (Magdalena Roman) Garza, Israel Garza Jr., Reynaldo (Alma) Puente, Refugio (Patricia) Ramos, Daniel (Tammie) Garza, Manuel Garza & Jose Mata; his daughters: Lupita Puente, Magalie (Claudio Ruiz) Garza, Nancy (Ruben) Gonzalez, Lucia Ramos, Maria (Luis) Garcia, Rosalinda (Desierio) de la Torre, Margarita (Alberto) Vazquez, Cristina Garza, Maria Guadalupe Garza, Beatriz Garza, Melissa (Roel) Murad & Camelle Guy; his brother Jose Garza; 46 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation for Mr. Israel B. Garza is scheduled for Monday, July 22, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home Chapel of the Angels. Funeral Mass is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Edcouch. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
