Brownsville – Gustavo Guerra, 77, passed away to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Alta Vista Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brownsville.

Mr. Guerra was born on September 23, 1941 in Mexico to Rogelio Guerra & Guadalupe Solis.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers: Batolome Guerra, Placido Guerra; his sisters: Raquel Gomez & Gloria Lopez.

Left to cherish his memories is his wife Maria Elena Guerra; his sons: Juan Francisco (Mary) Guerra, Gustavo (Lupita) Guerra, Arturo (Julie) Guerra, Gaston Guerra, Hugo Ballesterios; his daughters: Lorena Ayala (Margarito), Olga Guerra, Maria Elena Guerra (German Vera); his brothers: Mario Guerra, Guillermo Guerra, Rogelio Guerra; his sisters: Socorro Sosa & Oralia Fernandez, 21 grandchildren, numerous great- grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Gustavo Guerra is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens. Cremation will follow at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Brownsville.
