Gloria A. Garza

Brownsville - Gloria A. Garza, 73, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at her residence in Brownsville.

Mrs. Garza was born April 9, 1947, in Harlingen, Texas, daughter of Alberto San Miguel and Phyllis Rodriguez. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Albert San Miguel and son-in-law, Luis Garcia.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Juanita Garcia, Gloria Jane Torres (Javier), Diana Ornelas (Raul), John Garza Jr. (Lissa); her sister-in-law, Pauline; grandchildren, Jerry L. Garza, Patty Garcia, Amanda Garcia, Justin Torres, John Michael Torres, Kayty Ann Robertson Flaterly, Ronny Robertson, Johnathan Gonzalez, Adam A. Gonzalez, Gabriela Garza, Rosario Alejandra Garza and Christina Garza.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary at Salinas Funeral Home-Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville. As per her wishes, she will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
